rereading my childhood stories | nostalgiathon wrap up
Hi friends! I can't stop laughing at my baby picture in the banner and I still have that giraffe doll in my room. Today I'm wrapping up my experience participating in #nostalgiathon which was a 10-day readathon that lasted from 08.07 ~ 08.16 and was hosted by tiffany @ readbytiffany, alexandra @ twirlingpages, and breanna @ milkyboos.
I had so much fun participating and just revisiting some of my favorite childhood stories as well as completing the different life challenges throughout the readathon. I've been on such a huge Studio Ghibli watching binge as a result and am now expanding into the rest of my favorite animated movies. 💕
This video was both really fun to make and really time-consuming, but I think it turned out okay in the end. The funniest part to me was how I tried so hard to make the flat-lay "aesthetic" with the flowers but they just ended up getting in the way most of the time. 😂
I want to attempt to include some videos to my posts in the future so if you have any recommendations please let me know! Also, in honor of all things nostalgic what are some of your go-to books/songs/movies when you want to feel all the nostalgia?
